		<description>Thanks for this Sandi! I have read about lift notes several times in the past couple of years from some reputable sources and felt like I was still missing something. It never quite connected from what I read and thought I understood to actually feeling like it was enough to excel at writing them. I tried and well, it was pitiful. The pitfalls you describe vs. what works clicked for me today. Oddly enough it&#039;s reading what NOT to do that resonated with me most. I really do wanna be like you when I grow up. ;-)</description>
