Sandi, you must have had to delete quite a few. Anyway, my mind is cooking on the truth of it. The truth of it is strangely comforting to me because it confirms many things for me. People are always misquoting that verse, leaving out 'the love of' part. This quote from the post stood out:</p> <p>"It’s interesting… if you do a study in Bible times money was not really coinage in very many instances, it was a reflection of amount, of commitment, of weight, or worth. It was a reflection of value."</p> <p>Which is a very telling statement for everyone, maybe even conviction, because it shows how little VALUE we place upon ourselves individually and as a contributor.
